We completed a large control system retrofit and energy upgrade for the city of Sparks Fire Station No. 1. The fire station headquarters remained fully functional and operational while our team successfully installed the controls.
The Nevada State Legislature and Senate is a long-term customer whom we have performed continuous upgrades for the last 20 years. Recently, our team completed a retrofit in nearly half of the Nevada Print Building and configured new controls into the addition.
This new, state-of-the-art facility better serves citizens of Washoe County and 18 other counties in Nevada and California. With strict temperature and regulated pressure requirements, our team installed Alerton controls with the Tridium global controller and font end. The facility’s staff is now set with modern autopsy capabilities with enhanced efficiency.
The Nevada Department of Transportation plans, constructs, operates, and maintains 5,400 miles of highway in the state. Our BCS team performed a controls system replacement and large energy upgrade in the 6-story, 84,315-SF headquarters building and testing laboratory. A new chilled water central plant control system was also installed with a chiller BACnet® integration.
